How soon will my order ship?
Each piece is handmade after you place your order. My processing time is typically 3-6 business days but it can fluctuate depending on how busy I am that week.  I always aim to ship items out as soon as possible.

Do you take custom and/or personalized orders
Yes! Whether its a different color combination, tweak on a current style or something completely different I love when you reach out with requests! Your requests help me learn just what you are searching for so I can create styles and items to fill your needs!  Simply send me an email at Hello@CharmedByKnots.com or reach out via chat.  Custom orders, including custom lengths and/or colors are not eligible for return or exchange.

Packaging
All of my packaging is plastic free and made from eco-friendly recycled materials!

Materials 
All of the macrame cord is made from up-cycled cotton cord from the garment industry. This helps reduce water usage, CO2 emissions and helps eliminate waste from landfills. My cord suppliers are also a woman owned companies!  

The suncatchers are made with raw brass, 14k gold plated chains and crystal prisms.  

Free Shipping Policy 
When you spend $50 or more you will receive free standard shipping! 

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange your item for any reason, simply send me a message via chat or email at Hello@CharmedByKnots.com within 7 days of delivery. If you have access to a printer, I can send you a prepaid return shipping label. I will issue your refund (if applicable) within 5 business days of receipt of the item.

Customers will be responsible for shipping costs associated with any return or exchange.

Returns: If your original order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund, in addition to the return shipping costs.

Exchanges: If you are exchanging the item and your original order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipping, the return shipping as well as the shipping costs for sending out the replacement item, will be due before I can make and ship the replacement.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Custom items include any non-standard requests, such as colors not in the color chart at the time of your order, custom lengths, or any variations to the original design.
