FAQ

Optional Upgrades
Bead upgrade: Upgrade from a wood bead to a lava bead in either black or natural! (lava beads will hold the scent a little longer than wood)

Dropper upgrade: Add a mini 1ml dropper. It comes empty and you can fill it with your favorite oil/scent to keep handy

Please keep in mind, that adding oils to the wood will not create as strong of a scent as a traditional car air freshener. The oils may also slightly darken the color of the wood.

Color options may vary occasionally depending on what my suppliers have in stock. If you do not see the color you would like, please reach out. I sometimes have colors not in the color chart in limited quantities.

Materials

All of the cords used in my shop are made from recycled cotton from the garment industry. This helps reducing water usage and CO2 emissions and helps eliminate waste from landfills. My cord suppliers are also a woman owned small businesses.

Sizing

The cord will be left untied at the top so it is easy for you to attach anywhere you like and you can adjust the length to best fit your space! The cord is approximately 10 inches long.

Measures approximately 3.25 inches from the top of the beads to the bottom of the tassel. Approximately 2.5 inches wide

Packaging

All of my packaging is made from eco-friendly recycled materials! I do not use any plastic in my packaging.

In an effort to reduce waste, I do not include a packing slip in packages. If you would like a packing slip, please leave me a note in the Order Special Instructions box at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

I am happy to accept returns and exchanges! However, please keep in mind that I had craft each item to your custom specifications making each item unique.

Therefore, please reach out if you have any questions or need help picking out colors. As a small business minimizing returns is imperative.
